Creating a retail environment for a multi-brand sports retailer was always going to be a challenge, due to the fierce competitiveness of the brands themselves. Our brief was to create a powerful retail identity for REFLEX, and one that clearly differentiated the product by gender. In Belgrade this was done over 2 floors, with clarity given through the use of colour, graphics and visual merchandising. In Novi Sad this was achieved by building a separating wall between the 2 departments. The concept has traded well commercially and has now been rolled-out to other sites within Serbia.
