We used detailed insight about customer needs when buying travel products to stimulate the creation of a new store proposition targeted at a more independent traveller. Our concept is warm and inviting to encourage self-investigation. Help is available if needed, but is not intrusive. Further in, the use of darker materials creates a more intimate consultation area, prompting visitors to linger.
