West’s created a new corporate identity, web site and retail concept for the Impulse brand. This was rolled-out across 15 sites in airports and railway stations around the UK. The main aim was to make the product the hero, make it clear to navigate the store and deliver a hassle-free shopping experience for the customer – whether rushing to catch their train / flight or browsing at leisure.
